President and CEO
Alex founded National Service Group in October 1994 where the company was established servicing Retail, Commercial and Condominiums. In late 1999, he was able to land his first hotel contract as we partnered with the Turnberry Isle Resort. Under Mr. Lugo’s leadership National Service Group has grown to over 5 states and 60 premier accounts. Alex was able to evolve the company concentrating on night cleaning to now providing all aspects of the hospitality field to include Staffing, turnkey operations, window cleaning and more.
Marilyn joined National Service Group in 1999 after having spent over 15 years in the banking and financial services. She spent those years in all aspect of the field to include Teller, Credit & Loan Officer ultimately operating as a Branch Manager. Since joining National Service group her roll has been a vital piece of the continued growth as we expand in all areas of the hospitality field.
HERMES DEL RIO
Hermes Del Rio joined National Service Group in July 2017 after 22 years in the hotel industry, with Hilton Hotels, Wyndham Worldwide, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Hermes spent his career in operations while serving as Hotel Manager and Director of Food and Beverage. Mr. Del Rio began his career in the Starwood Management Program where he held positions of increasing levels of responsibility in large and small luxury hotels and resorts in the United States and the Caribbean.
Chief Operating Officer
Eddy joined NSG in May 2003 as an Accounting Manager shortly following his graduation from FAU. He was promoted to Director of Operations in 2009. In March 2015, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer where he oversees all aspects of the Operations while cultivating the on-going relationship with the brands we serve.
