We have worked with National Service Group (NSG) for over ten years here at Fontainebleau and we are very happy with their performance and services. They are very customer-driven and reliable, as well as highly responsive. They handle all over overnight cleaning services for our resort, including but not limited to lobbies, elevators, kitchens, F&B outlets, Spa, Retail stores and pool decks. They maintain very high cleaning standards for us and their senior leadership team, including their owner and founder, is always present, making sure our property is being properly managed.
